    Insurance help???

This is obviously going to take some time to figure out completely. My current agent is digging into my policy (I'm sure to find I'm not adequately covered). And I took all my vehicles, etc to a local independent agent I know to have him brainstorm and give me some quotes. I went through a...

    Buzzing T8 Ballasts?

I have the same issue with mine... I put 11 fixtures in and a couple of them buzz. Mine didn't come from a box store, I purchased through my electrician. I haven't looked into it yet but if anyone has any specifics to look into I'd appreciate the information too. Probably ask him to look at...

Which PEX system do you like?

I have used Uponor (Wirsbo) PEX on several of my home and in my new shop exclusively. There are less expensive systems out there but since I have had such good luck I use Uponor and their fittings. Not to mention its a fairly local Minnesota company!

    lost my dad

Very sorry to hear of your great loss. I think many of us guys who tinker in the garage are very close to the man who brought about those mechanical interests. I'm sure you feel the same as I.... the man forgot more than I'll ever know. Keep your family close, in the end they are all who will...

Spray Paint Or Roll Paint OSB!!

I caulked all the seams with a paintable latex caulk first. Then I sealed with a good quality Sherwin Williams sealer/primer. Then one top coat of white satin interior paint. There were a few spots where the OSB bubbled out where I'll have to go back, peal it off and re-coat but overall I'm...
