I had an existing Unistrut already in place so I utilize that along with threaded rod. You can see the plate I cut out and bolted the real to. The second picture is my air reel. For that I used I beam clamps threaded rod and a plate.

I mounted 2 electrical reels and an air reel in my shop at work with unistrut. I'm on the road currently. I'll get pics up asap. Check back in an hour

Sears sells Hansen socket racks. Just pull one off the shelf and see if it fits in the drawers.

$10:) exterior paint was kind of messed. I hit it with some Hamer tone. The finish is near the same. Plus I like the color. I left the inside. I didnt want to take away from the originality.

If I had the choice I would use metric for everything. Just makes life easier. But hey I'm no engineer. I just repair the engineers flaws.

The spindles above are cast. I sand blasted cleaned and tapped off areas I did not want painted. I've painted other parts with the same prep. The only difference is the the parts were not cast. The out come was much different.
