If you look on the website...The yellow and black ones are rated for alot less weight. I don't know if there is any truth to that, but I just settled for the red since it was in stock at my local HF.

I like the gearwrench ones more. Craftsman seem to be large toothed whereas the Gearwrench are fine tooth ratchet. Saves me alot of hassle in tight spots.

It is Waterloo. Another reason I went with the HF box, is it seems to be a clone from the Irwin 42" box which another tech at work has and I was really impressed with it. The HF box seems to have had the irwin 4 deep drawers replaced with 2 deep drawers and 4 shallow drawers.
