    Paint Brushes?

That's about the only brand names I find around here. I'm deciding between the China Bristle white or black. I like Sherwin Williams so it looks like Purdy BUT they seem mostly stock angled tip brushes that just don't seem right to me for painting the metal items I have.

    Paint Brushes?

Looking or recommendations on premium paint brushes for oil based Alkyd Enamel. One manufacturer notes White (softer than black) China Bristle and another noted Black (stiffer than white) China Bristle. The big brain in the sky is saying Black. Any thoughts?

How do we really know where anything comes from anymore? People and places we thought we trusted turn out to be just the opposite more and more so we take out chances.

Rustoleum Farm and Implement Paint + Hardener Question

The Engine Enamel a different product than the High Temp paint. Run a search for: "Does rust oleum engine enamel require heat curing to resist fuel?" It gives an encouraging no heat cure answer, but the validity is not certain nor is the source. I have a request in with the company to get the...

Rustoleum Farm and Implement Paint + Hardener Question

Never heard if it. I was asking about applying heat to any enamel. I thought I read that engine enamel could be treated with a heat gun but perhaps that was AI's imagination at work.

    Respirator Filter Education

Decided on a 6502QL respirator, 60923 combination cartridge filters and 2091 particulate filters that came yesterday and the 60923s were used today for some painting. I like them although a bit sweaty in the sun. The quick release on the respirator is a pretty nice feature.
