Take a saws all and carefully cut the bus seat frames apart in a way they could be easily welded back together if needed. With a little planning you could do it in a way that the welds would not be noticeable after welding while being easily stored.

I'm in the look's like **** but will hold camp. I would bet if that is a factory built trailer most of the other welds don't look much if any better. That's pretty much the standard for a lot of trailer manufacturers these days.

Depends. I've got a milling attachment for my little Atlas lathe. It's not as easy as a mill but not hard at all.

Ooops, knew I was forgetting to mention something. I did change out the 50 amp breaker in the meter box for a 100 amp. I know it needs to be derated but I was unsure of how much and the 100 amp was all they had in stock at the time.

Those colors look similar to mine. I decided to go with a lighter gray stripe. I originally planed to use a red stripe but I just didn't like the way it looked. Besides, I will have plenty of red with all the cabinets and boxes. Cool cars you have there.
