I picked this up Sat at a garage sale 5 houses down. I didn't even know the guy. This was his grandfathers set. I bought everything for 80 bucks. The lathe is in great working shape and all original. The tools in the original box speak for themselves. Everything has the same logo so I wonder if...

Snap On 5/8 drive DH-7 Ratchet...I think. Snap On used the 5/8 handles with adapter until the new model 72 ratchet arrived in 1932. I can find no date stamp. I think from snap on collectors site that this is the first ratchet they made in 1931. It's in nice working condition and as you can see...
