    Is it possible the mirror itself is shorting out? I have no idea about the short detector, but unplugging the mirrors, putting in a fuse, and doing a little process of elimination seems like a logical way to start. Chances are you will have to take apart the door panel(s) anyway, and they...

    Nice hammers, you can never have too many. I just picked up a Wilton "unbreakable" 6lb mini-sledge with a 24" handle. We will see how unbreakable it is.

    Custom wrench

    I use the Gearwrench pass-through ratchets and a hex driver on a ratchet for most. :) Your work looks nice, and is a steal at $4.

    1x 90 degree air grinder. 1x 6" Metabo electric grinder. 1x 3" air cutoff wheel. It's enough to get the job done.

    Wright Tool 10 point sockets

    I'm not sure how well a 10 point socket works on a 6 or 4 point fastener, but I'm sure they work great on fire hydrants, water meters, and anything else the utility board doesn't want the general public tampering with.
