I've had the SnapOn Fk936 for a few years and love it. is is my 2nd most used ratchet. I bought it on sale for about $75. I have the Snapon Roto also a never use it. If I had it at home, I might use it on my quads or dirt bike.

Most of the time I use mine for the reach vs. the leverage.

Back on page 4 (I think) you said you hit a wall and didn't know what to do next. I see hand tools randomly placed as well as toolboxes from the pictures. Put the tools away. I used to leave them out in my shop all the time and now I religiously put them away.

I have to wear a hard hat at work so this Coast light is mounted on it. This Streamlight Jr. is always in my pocket.

The 1100 cfm one at work doesn't move enough air most of the time for plasma but does fine for welding fumes.

I don't think the B&M stores are franchises. The hard part of a successful B&M store in the internet age is getting the customer to the store. Pretty ridiculous that once you have them there, you are gonna give them a run around and inconvenience them with hoops to jump through with fine print.

I'm a mechanic for a large sawmill and about a year ago we hired a kid fresh out of the Army. The guy he was replacing was former Navy/Seabees and was really good but left to join the family farm. The Army kid had a good story about how he was a mechanic working on rocket launchers all the time...

What part # on Knipex did you buy? Pics? I bought these Snapon (EPC160) this week and I love them. Cut better than expected. Can't cut metal, plastics only.

I use 16/18 mm all the time on our European built forklifts. I've used my 11 mm 6pt once. Had to borrow an 11 mm 12 pt. once for a VW crank sensor.

A friend of mine in high school worked at a Napa and he just loved the customers that came in said something like, "I need that little black thing behind the little metal part by that other thingamajig". Oh yeah, I'll look that up under doodads.

My purlins are hung between my trusses with joist hangers. I get 6" more room under the trusses with a given eave height.
