I have a few different Japanese made pliers from different companies. The ones that come on a card all had their text in Japanese. It seemed odd to me too but it doesn't affect the quality or the usefulness. I personally think the Japanese pliers are excellent tools.

I've always wanted a set of the Snap-On's but out of my budget. Very nice pliers.

Ollie's here has had Hart cordless tools for awhile now. Pretty small selection but I'm in a very rural area.

It never ceases to amaze me. From the HF and Snap-On debates to the tool collecting stuff. Why would anyone care how others spend their own money?

The handles on the King Tony drivers strongly resemble Witte handles.

I have the Craftsman SAE/metric set in the soft case. They're nice enough, I guess, but nut drivers are a tool I rarely ever use.

I have an olde Emglo that I bought in the early 90's. It has held up remarkably well. I was a building contractor back in the air tools days and it worked very well for that. Still does when I ask it to. As for a shop compressor, they don't have enough volume to do much of anything but nail...

I unapologetically still use a lot of corded tools. They have served me well over the years and paid for themselves many times over. Nothing at all wrong with innovation and I understand younger people's disdain for them. But I still enjoy my shop time and can still create nice things with them.

My guess is it's made by NWS. Purely a guess.

I find a lot of uses for these. After initially second guessing the purchase, I now find them useful in many applications.

The current Channellock adjustables are pretty nice. I'm not sure what sizes they offer though.

Obviously tool test videos have a legitimate audience. No offense to that audience when I say that I just don't get it. I don't find them entertaining or informative so I don't partake.
