    Pressure testing pex question????????

    My tubing says 100psi at 180 F. Ive held 65 psi for the past 2 hours. I don't know what psi I should be at and how long. What is the process? Thanks. -MATT

    I see what your saying and it sounds like a good plan. I plan on studding the walls with 2x6's. I'll have an 1 1/2" extra wall thickness for foam and running wires. -MATT

    How many feet of pex do I need?

    Well I have 2" foam board under the slab w/ 6mil vapor barrier. 2" of spray foam in the walls and blown insulation in the attic. 16x10 insulated door and 7 3x3 double pane windows and 1 patio(sliding door).

    Put down the vapor barrier and installed 2/3 of the insulation. A buddy of mine is designing the pex floor layout for me so i'll be able to get a parts list of components soon. -MATT

    I rented a trencher to run the waterline propane and conduit for misc items but was rained out. Ill try again tomorrow. Insulation for floor. Contractor brought up to grade and set the forms.
