Some more progress! Trench for the water line.

My tubing says 100psi at 180 F. Ive held 65 psi for the past 2 hours. I don't know what psi I should be at and how long. What is the process? Thanks. -MATT

A flare is the proper way. I don't think compression fittings are allowed for propane. -MATT

I have seen where people have run their pex to an exterior wall and fastened the tubes to a board temporarily so they could pour the slab. I will be running mine to an interior wall that will not be built until after the slab is poured. How can I support the 12 tubes coming up out of the...

I see what your saying and it sounds like a good plan. I plan on studding the walls with 2x6's. I'll have an 1 1/2" extra wall thickness for foam and running wires. -MATT

Well I have 2" foam board under the slab w/ 6mil vapor barrier. 2" of spray foam in the walls and blown insulation in the attic. 16x10 insulated door and 7 3x3 double pane windows and 1 patio(sliding door).

Would you be able to help me with some more info? -MATT

Is there a free online planning tool? Shop is 40x56. Also do I need the type with the oxygen barrier? Thanks. -MATT

I've been parking my daily driver out side for the last 3 years. Not this year.:bounce:

Put down the vapor barrier and installed 2/3 of the insulation. A buddy of mine is designing the pex floor layout for me so i'll be able to get a parts list of components soon. -MATT

I rented a trencher to run the waterline propane and conduit for misc items but was rained out. Ill try again tomorrow. Insulation for floor. Contractor brought up to grade and set the forms.
