Moved the propane tank to the opposite side of the house.
Hand dug all the insulation around the perimeter
Cut down a bunch more trees and pulled stumps.
Brought in 45 yards of sand for the approach and sidewalk.
I'm crying alright, 70 sheets at $20 a sheet. Employee stores are nice. I work at the old Dow plant in Bay City but I can only get bags candles cleaners etc. -MATT
What do the breakers power? You're not going to upgrade on a house you are selling the inspector knows that, he's probably the buyer's brother-in-law trying to get you to lower your price or upgrade the electrical. Pull one wire off and pigtail it to the other. It'll work to sell the place...

Yeah, thats what I figured. I guess I got a little ahead of myself. I know everything is good to go so I pulled a permit today. The only issue I may have is that the wire is already buried. Thanks for the feedback! -MATT
What is the biggest drawback of not getting an electrical permit? I installed a 100A panel in my barn and I'm just wondering if I should get it inspected.
