With a 4ah battery and a reasonably sharp blade I have had no Issues with mine. I do have the 5 1/2 blade model in the Starter kit. Being a smaller saw it does have some limitations that my 7 1/4 corded can do better.

Online they offer replacement handles for their Masterforce garage cabinets. Maybe an option to change handle color on a 36”. I like the gunmetal and the green trim doesn’t bother me. It must be popular when I ordered gunmetal had the longest lead time. I still would have picked the blue though.

I have only needed to warranty 1 ratchet wrench and my Mac guy handled it. I could see them asking for the ratchet to be returned to identify issues so that they can be corrected. I have had good luck with my Gearwrench stuff.
