You described the problem in your post. You don't have a filter or a drier and water is coming out. Clean it up get a drier and a filter, end of problems.

USPS flat rate priority mail boxes and padded envelopes are the cheapest I know of. Boxes are limited to 20 lbs. and envelopes are limited to 4 lbs. for international shipments though. Envelope is around 32 dollars, medium box is around 63 and I don't remember the large box, but I think around 70.

Ebay....get one with the T6 led that uses one or two 18650 batteries and is zoomable. No issues with any of mine yet and for a mere few bucks you can't go very wrong. You'll be amazed how bright they are. Like this one...I've got several of them for 2-3 dollars each...
