    go to your local dewalt rebuiding store and buy a refirbished unit when my 18 volt drill burnt out they wanted 100.00 to put a new motor in it i bought a refirb unit with 2 batteries (not xrp but) and a charger for 139.00 only downfall was 1 year warrenty. i have used it for almost 3 years now
