Oddball carriage bolts for vintage wooden creeper

Just got this old wood creeper with a wheel missing and one broken off carriage bolt pictured for reference. Does anybody know where to source them? McMaster-Carr doesn't have them, but they do have the exact wheel I need (although somewhat pricey). If anybody is parting out one of these...

Matco Box Tubular Lockset and Adaptor

I paid roughly $60 for this LOCK-017C tubular lockset and MLRA-005 adaptor. They did not work with my '89 MB1440 rollaway, so I'm offering them up here. The threads for the adaptor nut have partially stripped on one side, but the nyloc nut still tightens down ok. The adaptor will mate this...

Jaw Screw for a Walworth Vise Needed

See pics. I need ONE cheese head machine screw....oddball 11/32" diameter shank, 16 TPI, and 3/4" long under the head. This appears to be an obsolete or proprietary thread that I cannot locate anywhere. If you are scrapping one of these vises or know where I can locate this screw, any help would...

Very Old WALWORTH Vise Jaw Pad Screws...Obsolete Thread Size?

I'd have to know what I was dealing with to make one, and don't want to booger an original hole to fit a larger fastener.

Very Old WALWORTH Vise Jaw Pad Screws...Obsolete Thread Size?

I'm going through a vintage Walworth (Boston USA) pipe fitters vise for my buddy. It's missing one of the fillister head screws that hold the jaw pads in. I thought it was a regular 5/16-18 thread, but noticed that my thread chaser was loose in the holes. I took measurements as follows: shank...

Pistol grip needle scaler vs pneumatic hammer?

Just found this thread while looking into a scaler attachment for my Blue Point AT2050....do you have any recommendations? Snappy offers the PH201....but it's $375 and on back order. I would be using it infrequently. Thanks in advance.

Old Sears 230 AC Stick Welder Rehab

I was recently given an early 80s Sears ac welder for free. It needs a couple minor things (was told it worked good), but the style of plug on it is apparently not common anymore. My shop right now doesn't have a receptacle for it and it doesn't fit with the dryer receptacle in my apartment...

    Air compressor pressure switch....gasket leak?

The diaphragm is located between the plastic upper part of the switch that contains the electrical connections, and the the lower metal portion that plumbs into the tank. I know for sure that is what is leaking because I have dealt with it before.
