Made space in my garage in order to fill it up with furniture that comes out of storage. I inherited it from my late mom. Don't really know what I am gonna do with it except for a few items.
10mm and 13mm spanners, seems I can only find flat screwdrivers when I need a philips and vice versa, welding hammer. Used to lose tape measures but not lately, why not :dunno:
well, not actually in the garage, but will eventually give more space in the garage. Finished welding the steel structure for flat roof that will become storage area in the back of my property. Here is work in progress:
Got the complete carport for free. It was cut in sections to enable...
My initial intention was to stop watery cement seeping out of the drum, fix bearings and get it operational :lol_hitti Well, my intentions got on of hand
This post reminds me of a post I saw last year when a 1st time poster barged in after just joining GJ with no introduction and said something like "Look what I bought today" with pics of 2 Ferrari's (I think :headscrat) Appeared he was only instrumental in the purchase thereof for his company...

I am thinking to post pictures of...

Yeah especially when you do a quick welding job next to the one you are busy charching.
Always stand clear of a bench grinder on startup. The wheel may have gotten bumped with something and can disintegrate when picking up speed
+1 My cars are parked in front of the garage under a double carport.
Inside lights, hand tools specific to your needs, cupboards/shelves for tools, workbench, vice, compressor as an absolute minimum
DIY. Pull car on ramps and use creeper to access underside. The one and only time I had an oil change done by a dealership was back in 1978 on my 9 month old XT 500 Yamaha. Two days later on a trip the engine seized up due to lack of oil. The sump plug got loose and fell out. Dealer wouldn't...
My garage is only 16'4"x18. If empty, I can only fit 2 medium sized cars (by South African standards) in there. As I fitted shelves, gathered some tools over the years (and junk:lol_hitti) I barely manage to park an Austin Healey Sprite and a Spitfire chassis in there.
There has been some...
