I’ve had this Northern Tool hoist for about a year and probably have picked up 5 things with it. I’ve noticed that it was dripping oil. I snugged up all the bolts, none were loose and it still drips every now and then. Anything else I can do?

These were $4 in my store a few weeks ago. I picked up 2 of them.

The lights are spaced about 12’ apart. The fan is 7’. I’m “hoping” I do t have that effect. I have read about it before.

What kind of contraptions have you folks come up with to hang a fan from the ceiling area that was spray foamed? Do I need to put a support beam from side to side (18’ span) to hang it from?
