Thank you. We're all had a blast and will post a couple pics when I get them. Everything went smooth with no major issues. Many friends and family took first and Friday off to come hang out and help which was phenomenal . Ended up extending the night an extra 2 hours and went thru many cases...

On the final stretch! Working on the little things inside with slight moves here and there inside such as moving the linens higher or lower on the wall and re routing extension cords. These pictures really don't do it justice and will see what the photographer is able to capture tomorrow! Happy...

Never heard of anything, would think something like that would be more for roughing up a surface to give it a better bond with floor coating. Seems it would take out some of the color of the material you would wash though. Finished the second coat of sealer little after mid night. One more...

Just had my barn poured a couple of weeks ago. I did run a separate line of pex for the sensor if I decide to use it and have not found the thermostat I will be running yet. My pex is 15" on center with the load I had calculated for it and the heat losses. Also stapled the pex to the foam board...
