Have a couple sprinklers that take care of about 4,000 sq ft and just run around each day and move it around. When I had a company do some digging last year they put down hydro seed in an area I couldn't water and was all clay and sand mix with poor prep. Grass looks great in that spot now!

Friend that works at Williams distributing had one of the guys lay it out and and give me a few options along with boilers. If you have a plumber or HVAC guy you know that will let you use there license number they will get prints and material for you.

Did you put down pex for radiant heat or just insulated the slab?

Even if wrong its still something to look into. I know I gave them a specific PSI rating I was looking for that most used in second floor barns with living areas. Dads shop is a little narrower and has little smaller beams with a fully furnished living area above the shop. None the less...

When the plans were drawn up it was discussed that it would be used down the road as a hang out space with small kitchen in the corner and no supporting walls below. I'll have to look into this now. Appreciate the heads up.
