Thanks for the replies. I will be installing a vapor barrier. Any opinions on 4 or 6 mil and is one easier to work with than the other on a 12.5' high ceiling?

I know foam would be good, but 6 grand for roof and gabels.

Just starting on a 38 x52 garage. The perimeter stem wall was made with 2" styrofoam forms. (2 inch foam 8 inches concrete and 2" foam) set down on a footer. The stem wall will extend 16" above the finished floor. I am putting pex in the floor and probably going to use spray foam on the walls...
