    need opinions/info on this tool

We use Atlas Copco where I work. They are extremely high quality. My boss calls golden tools, and not because of the color. I don't think that is the tool you are looking for, though. Try something like one of these.

    Delta Drill Press

That's not a great price but it is a good tool for the homeowner; I doubt you need it for an industrial shop. Delta makes some good stuff. You won't be disappointed.

Tie Down strap storage and usage

I wrap mine up and keep 'em together with painter's tape. The tape holds well and doesn't leave a residue. I use tie wraps for the tag ends when my straps are in service.

This guy might need tools soon!

That 4runner has long travel. I wouldn't mind having either rig! BTW, if you run a SAS rig and don't know how to wrench, you won't be getting out of the driveway.

    Made in the USA?

The proposal you are referring to was never actually passed. I'm almost positive it's 51%. I hate to quote Wikipedia but here is an exert. Link. In 1996 the FTC[1] proposed that the requirement be stated as: It will not be considered a deceptive practice for a marketer to make an...

    tape wire nuts?

Solid core wire should be twisted before using wire nuts. Stranded wire should not be twisted. Either way, the wire nut should have a firm connection. If you are able to continually spin the nut, you need to use another nut.

LED's are in fact dimmable. To the OP, make sure your total system power does not exceed what the dimmer is rated for.

    tape wire nuts?

I work for a company that's produces commercial electronic equipment. We use a TON of wire nuts. There is no need to tape them. As someone said above, make sure there are no exposed wires. It would be a good idea to add some sort of strain relief so that the wires cannot be pulled out of the...

    Disappointing eBay Purchase

Dude, it's a set of wrenches. If you wanted brand new condition buy brand new wrenches. Don't be that guy that is overly critical and ask the seller for a refund/rebate.
