mine are all flush, but one the the shorter flat tip has bent, the tip didnt break, it just twisted itself to be unusable, so i need to get it warrentied.

yes i noticed that with mine, some of mine were loose...so i took them apart, lubed them, put them back together with some locktite, and they work awesome.

yes, that could very well be the amount of time air continues flowing through the torch, my parker isn't adjustable, but is set from the factory at 6s if i recall correctly.

i also have the parker cut 40 with the turbo(essentially a 50a machine) and it has been excellent. The customer service is the best i have ever wittnessed. My torch head was missing one small oring, and instead of trying to figure out what torch head i needed, they sent me an entire torch...

i have that set, and to give you an idea, the 1/2 head is smaller than a quarter.

i believe the 1/4" drive is 24, and the 3/8 and 1/2" are 45.

i have the 6 piece set 1 medium lenght 1/2, 1 long 1/2, 1 long 3/8, 1 medium 3/8, 1 medium 1/4, 1 spin flex 1/4 they are my main rachets and i use them hard, they are very comfortable, and hold up to the abuse very well, you will like them.

my proto 72 tooth 5 degree swing rachets, or my proto spinflex.
