    mine are all flush, but one the the shorter flat tip has bent, the tip didnt break, it just twisted itself to be unusable, so i need to get it warrentied.

    yes i noticed that with mine, some of mine were loose...so i took them apart, lubed them, put them back together with some locktite, and they work awesome.

    yes, that could very well be the amount of time air continues flowing through the torch, my parker isn't adjustable, but is set from the factory at 6s if i recall correctly.

    i have the 6 piece set 1 medium lenght 1/2, 1 long 1/2, 1 long 3/8, 1 medium 3/8, 1 medium 1/4, 1 spin flex 1/4 they are my main rachets and i use them hard, they are very comfortable, and hold up to the abuse very well, you will like them.
