well i will probally put the ls1 in a bronco inspired buggy.... the other motor in the garage is a 2003 lb7 6.6 duramax....my truck bent a set of pushrods, and i found a hell of a deal on a complete motor, so i pulled my duramax, and put new heads on it, with new valve train and gaskets, and...

i have a 36" snap on with a 3/4 shank and it wont harly bend at all, and if that doesnt work, then i have a 6 foot slat bar that will defently get the job done. 36" is should be plenty.

i brought the ls1 out the top on my 02 ss...pulled the heads first, because i orginally thought it was a head gasket, but ended up being the block...put the new motor in from the top with the heads on....you just have to angle the motor as close to 90 degrees to drop it in. My hands did look...

they have a good feel, best i can describe is its a hard handle with rubber pads that aid in grip, i have big hands and they are comfortable, i am waiting to see how grease comes off them tho.

the 1" thick top would be a nice feature.

there is the main drawer....i have a couple snap on's that are setting outside that...plus more on the way, and probally another 10 raised panel craftsmans.....and other offbrand ratchets. i believe caspian65 will win this hands down.

i got my IR 2 stage 5 hp 80 gallon from tsc for 870 on sale...just keep your eye for them. i have heard the craftsman 2 stage is decent too.

of all the tools i own, my snap on 18v cordless impact is my favorite hands down. Deed and honest, it is awesome. It has as much or more power than my 2135 IR titanium. I will probably buy another one just for trail only use. Oh btw it is used in most junk yards here in wv, through the mud...

i have the IR 2 stage and love it. I know quincy compressors are very good, and have a strong reputation. Its a toss up i guess. I got my IR from tsc on sale for 830 out the door. It is quiet, builds air fast, and as my opinion, will prolly last the better part of my lifetime.

i have a universel swivel 1/2 gp that i use rather frequently with my ti ir or my snap on cordless impact, and has held up great....i like the gp stuff alot.

while you are takin the test guys, there is a little icon on the bottom left of the screen, click it during the test, and it will show you instantly the questions you have gotton right and the ones you missed, it just wont let you know the correct answer.
