    Craftsman tools at Ollie'sm

Absolutely. Information = power. Lots of people think they are getting a great deals, like when Sears are closing and everything are 20% 30% discounted, but they did not know that you can get them cheaper online.

    Craftsman tools at Ollie'sm

Same here, was hoping for $5 per piece (I know I am cheap), so $15 per set sounds reasonable to me. The set of 3 in my store is the same as in the picture in @jonathan75 post above.

    Craftsman tools at Ollie'sm

I think it is YMMV. I went to local store this afternoon. They have metric and SAE socket sets but they are all made in China. The 3 piece pliers set US made is $29.99. I also see some plastic clamps sets but no price. I did not see anything else that I really want to buy.

hmm... I may have to check out local Ollie's. I do not need pliers (have several Knipex), and probably should save some cash, but I like to have some US made pliers just because...

D*** wish I am still in the game. Pretty sure overall I paid more for separate sets + singles. At this price it is worth getting another set, would be perfect for something I can throw in the back of the car when I am taking long trips since it comes with a case. I could use some hand saws too...

Retroactive refunds is BS. Never got mine late last year. I chatted with CS several times and they couldn’t figure it out. “It is showing we have refunded to your credit card” what a load of s*** Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

NAPA Real Deals First Quarter 2020

Same here. I am curious but not enough to buy. I think I still prefer my magnetic bowls. Mine was bought at Sears, but similar to this below. The magnet in the larger bowl is strong enough to keep my wrench, rachet and socket to stay put. And I can toss bolts and nuts, and they do not fall into...

    2020 Lowe's deals/sales/clearance thread

That is a great idea. Appreciate everyone's input! I think my wife has some used yoga mats. Beside, I rather spent money for a new yoga mats for her than spending money on some crappy fender cover. Btw, the local Lowes had LG washer and dryer floor model for sale ~50% off. I bought the washer...

Sears.com hot deals and clearance thread

I'd like to have a Sears sign to hang in my garage but I am ok without them. I have little brand loyalty. All I need is to open my tool box and see plenty of tools from Sears. I think it is fitting as the stores are closing, we are posting memorabilia from these stores. Once everything is...

How are the fender cover? Only a few reviews, and one of them said that the rubber backing is hard/not soft. I am concerned it may scratch the paint.

+ 1 for older Toyota. I have 98 Land Cruiser, and 04 LS430. I try to have as complete set as much as I can in metric, but not in SAE. I would be in trouble if I have to work on something that has SAE lol

I can not remember the detail, but a while back they had similar deal, you get ~$20 in points when buying something from sears direct part site. I got the points right away and immediately spent it. Long story short, my order never got shipped, and I got my refund. iirc I do not think they every...

Might be better in the long run, may last longer after extensive usage, but not sure it can be proven? I have a few singles of the CF impact sockets, free with points. I think the finish is better than the evolv, but for the bang for the buck, the evolv sockets win hands down. I used points of...
