    I used a vacuum seal machine to keep the parts seal and label with sharpie. I also have a drum w/ lid full of the small parts. The vacuum seal help to keep any moisture out. It works great recently I cut open an alternator that I seal 10 years ago and it look just like the day I bag it.

    You might want to look at your furnace filter. What size, how thick, and MERV rating. The higher the MERV rating the more restrictive the air flow. Your supply register should be close to this window, pushing warm air at the base of the windows.

    I have a Kenmore 500 washer that does not start at all, totally dead. I open it up and check the lid switch and is fine. I did not replace the capacitor because I do not think is needed to advance the time. I also look for some kind of fuse and found none. Any help is appreciated

    What a night... (A bad one)

    I think there is a special gadget or valve that you install where the water comes into the house and can sense the flow of water caused by a leak and turns the water off to the whole house. I just can think of the name for this valve or sensor.
