Is a gasket kit available? When I rebuilt my Champion there were a lot f online stores with individual gaskets, full gasket kits, and full rebuild kits.

My metal boxes that are made by Proto and Williams work well and have held up to a lot of work. I have a Craftsman as well that is flimsy compare to the aforementioned brands. I also use a few Klein tool bags that are very durable and have served me well.

Looks good and a very slick install. I wish they'd make one that could lift 8,000 to 9.000 lbs. That way I could lift my trucks with weight to spare.

I did this as well. I made mine 3' deep and 8' wide. It works great and I can keep a few other items in their as well. I did put a little vent fan in mine that turns on when the air compressor is on. Just to vent out hot air.

$175 - $200 or in that range if it's seen some use but is still serviceable.

A shop or ball peen hammer. I also always keep some zip ties in my vehicles.

I got one of my Milwaukee impacts re-cased by Milwaukee a year before the warranty ran out. The case was cracking (mostly from being dropped) and I felt like it didn't have the power it used to. They took it in, put a nice new red case on it, a new trigger, and new brushes. All for free. So...

I'm glad to hear the Milwaukee toolbox is "ok" as I've been looking at it. I still think I'll probably wind up with two Harbor Freight 56" boxes though.
