How old were you when you built your (dream?) garage?

Well I'm 29 and I'm building my "just for now garage". I estimate my dream garage is still 3-5 years away. There's many ways to get what you want in life, my plan is to get it when I can pay for it. I say forget interest on a loan because stuff cost enough.

    Racedeck or similar floor question

How well does a racedeck floor lay over a floor that pitches to a drain or door way? If it pitches to fast for the tile does it kinda float and make it flex when you walk over that area? Or does it form the shape of the ground? Reason why I'm asking is the back half of my garage has a addition...
