My 2nd Gedore shipment came in. I really like the 1/2 ratchet set, so I decided to take advantage of the clearance on a few different items. :lol:

Got my 1/2" set in yesterday and just ordered the 3/8" drive set they now have listed. along with several hammers and 1 each of the screwdrivers :thumbup: I need to stop checking these threads before I go broke :D

Gedore Kit came in today as I was on my way out the door to work. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic. Didn't get much time to look it over. I'll follow up with how I like it once I have a chance to look it over and use it a bit.

I bought this one. Must not have had too many, because it now shows out of stock. 6 point metric 1/2" drive sockets. Exactly what I needed :pimpflash

Got another set this morning to bend up into a "spark plug ratchet". Found a 10% off code online so got it for just a hair over $17 with tax. Anyone know the angle of the bend for the bent handle?

You are supposed to set the regulator while air is flowing through it, ideally the tool you are going to be using, but you can do it with just an open air line. That is how it accurately can regulate the pressure the tool is getting. Setting a regulator without air flowing through it is...

yup. Can get $6.99 shipping on them too so you don't have to make the trip. Probably save that much in gas alone from the sounds of it.

At the Lowes I got mine from, this set was with the lawnmower/tractor maintenance items. It's nowhere near the tools. Look in the tractor/lawnmower section.

Hate to bump an old thread, but did you ever get these? MROCenter has a bunch of bad reviews and I was wondering what your experience was.

I wish VIM would charge a cheaper shipping rate for small orders. No matter how much I spend with them shipping is always the same. I try and make my orders over $100 to make shipping worth it.

Yes, made my VIM. Hand drive extensions is what they call them. Both are listed on their closeout page: http://www.vimtools.com/store/page7.html 3/8" for $9.54 1/2" for $11.28 I really like the sets, but I don't think I'd ever pay full list price for them. I'm considering getting the 1/4" drive...

Finally got a response from Todd, but he outright lies about never requesting me to cancel the order. To top that off here's the cancelation notice from Amazon: I will never order anything from Drill Spot due to their outright lies and shady business practices :shocking:
