    Ha ha ha ...You don't usually use those all that much...And they can be akward resharpening by hand..not impossible but you may just want to replace those...I use them for backing out bolts and they have to be sharpe but not really drill straight...Just enough to "grab" the end...and spinner out...

    I'm telling ya all it takes is some practice...and a machinist buddy helping you by giving some pointers...If machine shops thru away dull bits of any kind, they wouldn't be in business long...I kid you not...!

    Bending sheet aluminum

    Yeah...Stay away from 6061...Doesn't care to be bent from my experience...Gets cracks or just plain breaks...But I'm usually using T6 (temper)...Anyone else with 6061 experience...?

    Yep...Pretty cool...I passed up on a piece of property that had a 4,000 sq ft arch metal building on it (plus 5 acres) 'cause I didn't think the walls were straight up and down enough...Big mistake...The place went for $88,000...including a one bedroom house in the country...My Bad...

    Angle Grinders - Blade Guard

    I'm changing my name to "lucky" I guess, 'cause I've never left the guard on and I've never once had any problems...And I grind a lot...Had a sanding disc blow apart once but that comes with the territory...I now wear welding gloves when I use them...
