I have that set, I bought them for drilling into stainless, they work good and I've been happy with them. The main selling point for me thought was the availability of individual replacements close by wherever I am as I've already gone through three bits.

I just bought that same one and the demagnitizer slot works ****. Mine will completely demagnitize a screwdriver.
