Many times the military ratchet has a civilian counterpart that will work that you can buy. That's if they still make it.

Those look to be Lista toolboxes. Expensive, but some of the best made. I recently picked up a used Lista box that someone painted over for $300. I'm trying to decide what color to paint and that black with red drawers looks great although i might just go with a light blue like most Lista boxes.

I found my Wilton bullet for $10. It needed jaws, but cleaned up real nice. Still need to finish it and post pictures. I look up CL in San Diego and anything really good, I send my cousin to take a look and pick it up when I go home. I hope you get it.
