    please criticize my floor plan!

    Create a depression 3 ft by 3ft and 12 inches deep for your two post. Bend rebar so that no rebar is within 6 inches of the surface. This will give you a proper base and eliminate the chances of hitting rebar when drilling for your anchors.

    So I hate to discuss this...

    Stored and restored my Mustang on this bendpak, no issues. Sold it to a buddy because i wanted a wider and longer unit. Also have a 2 post but have not used it much.

    Two Post Lift

    Been down this road. 4 th bendpak now, just bought two for new shop. 4 post and 10K two post. Nice two post only complaint is the safey system could be smoother. Safety is paramount when your truck is 6 ft in the air. Factor in the accessories like arm extensions needed for truck lifts.

    Bendpak

    Re: Bendpak is seriously ****! I got a bendpack lift years ago. Had some shipping damage but came with a touch up can. Ram had slight leak after a few days, contacted them and I got a new ram in days. very happy to date.

    Security measures for your garage

    I always use steel commercial doors. The doors hug the frame and require great effort to pry open. Passage and dead bolts. Never have windows at ground level.

    I got that BP and love it. Initially I had the ram weeping a bit, called BP and they sent a new one in days.

    Never seen it done that way. I would remove the wood and build a frame that holds the concrete under the door for when they pour.

    Dream shop under way

    Just finished electrical and waiting for final inspection. 40 by 52 two story. High bay area for car addiction and lots of storage on second floor. Will have forced air heat with three zones. High bay, second floor, shop area.
