Looks like my CHI insulated double panel 14'wx9't is starting to buckle at the bottom corners. I'm thinking this is from having the rails at an angle matching my roof pitch. And with the Liftmaster 8500 opener putting load on the pins while opening and sitting at the angle when open. Anyone...

To answer the question on the retractable casters, here is what I did. Also here is how I attached the top. I weldedthe nuts into the rails and ground smooth.

I started on a gokart fixture table today. Still have to finish the retractable casters.

It can be, but it weighs ~400lbs. I made provisions to be able to pick it up with the forks on my tractor. I don't expect to have to remove it, as it is my second lift and is only used to store the 911 or the boxster.

Here is 29 gauge (.0172) from Lowes and my rafters are 24" on center. I like it but would actually think about 24 gauge to help with some of the sagging.

Hello Andrew, The Husky boxes are working out super. I have 3 of them, one is just nuts and bolts, one is electrical and plumbing, and the 3rd is welding materials and machine tooling. The table is 31"x96" with 3/16 top. It's actually more of a layout/assembly table. My welding table is 30"x60"...

I would say either where the yellow car is (sorry don't know my pontiacs good enough) or center bay in single story area.

What is proper way to get car on ramps? Buy a lift. :)
