Ok..Update. Pictures will be tomorrow, I need light! Driveway is formed up and ready to pour. Weather has been to sketchy to pour thus far. Electrical is all but finished. Wainscotting is finished and stained. Drywall is primed.. Im thinking It will be finished on Tuesday or Wednesday!:beer...

We got as much as possible with the roof pitch and city height requirements, supposedly.

Probably 40s ish....Just simple wainscotting and painted floor. We'll see. The van thread will be at vannin.com...check it out.

The fiber re enforced concrete was in the original bid. The concrete and the electrical is changing some so the bottom line will as well. Trusses arrived a few hours late, after the crew went home. Thats ok, they will set in the Am.

Truss truck never showed...Called and they will be here later today so they can set them in the AM...They did however get all the wall framing done, and went on and sheathed them. looking good.! Pics:

Ok, Framing crew is here, they were here 10 minutes to the good. Ready to start knocking this thing up!

Ok, I spoke with the builder this morning. I added insulation to the walls, and I will blow the attic at some point. The slab is almost in, everything is going smoothly. Here are a few pics of the progress. They are cutting control joints now. More to come later. Framing starts on Monday.

I don't want windows, (more to break in with) I have drawn an electrical plan, so I think the price will go up a little as I have added outlets and things. Keep in mind that is without benches and cabinet. Ill built them in later. Pics: Moving the old shed. It sat where the wheel barrow is...

I am out of town for Thanksgiving. When I get back Ill put up some before shots....Contractor called me today looking for some info to get the site plan together. Should break ground in a couple weeks, assuming the permits go as planned. Heavy pics to come!
