    tile/glass shower installers or remodelers

Screws leach water through threads rotting the shower base floor. Only thought for silicone is to make surface where it's applied 110 % clean. Then maybe you will by some time before the silicone starts lifting.

Plumbers? Toilet rough in size - 11 1/2"

Buy a 10" rough-in w/c. Tanks sweat so mold grows, when the tank is to close to the wall.

Plumbers putty vs 100% silicone for Kitchen sink in rental

Basket stainers have two washers under sink. Rubber one against sink, paper friction washer next then nut. Putty under basket strainer. Don't ever use silicone under sink unless your looking for punishment when it comes time for new sink. Dap is your friend and it's water clean up, easy - peasy.

Options for Replacing a Quarter-Turn Valve in a Confined Space

Definitely a acetylene job not to mention the heat or not enough oxygen to keep torch burning. Unfortunately not a lot of choices, maybe pressed on fittings or like mentioned above, relocate.

Time to Replace the Well Tank

If tank is sitting on concrete make sure you put a hot water tank pad on floor first. It will hold off the rust for a little while plus will make installation a little easier.

Finally used the Kreg circular saw guide

Yes that would be the one, didn't think to mention, takes up less rm than conventional plywood straight edge plus pretty sure it will out last one. It's new to me so cutting slow to make sure guide running along the straight plywood edge is firm in place and going to clamp plywood down to help...
