    Just another gearhead's garage rehab

I have to hurry and finish my Mustang as well because my dad made me promise that I would bring my son home in it. He brought me home in a cammed Monza and he swears thats what turned me into a gear head. Granted it was probably the first 8 years of my life spending every weekend at the...

    Just another gearhead's garage rehab

Well I haven't updated in a while. I have been doing a ton to the shop but haven't documented it very well. The biggest happening is that I decided to go with Racedeck flooring. After weighing all of my options this will be what I need. This is the layout I decided to go with. I finally got...

Ya I was just on there looking at that. I had planned on doing a pattern because I figured that thy wouldn't have 1400 of one particular tile. I'm not in a rush but if I saw a good enough deal I would probably jump on it.

Thanks for your response, by trying to find affordable tile I didn't mean that I think that I can cheap out. I just don't feel that $5-10 a square foot is justified unless I was building a mansion. The main reason that I would like to do tile is the strength and longevity. Also because I can...

Very curious of this as well, we plan on getting a lift in the next year or so and would need to do this to reinforce that anchor point.

    Need tile assistance

I am in the planning stages to do tile flooring in my 1400 square foot garage. I have read multiple threads on here about doing tile floors in the garage and I think that is my best bet. I am fairly experienced in tile work and I have a wet table saw and all the tools I need. My issue I am...

Welding a used gas tank just seems like a bad idea in general. Those gasoline fumes are really hard to get out.

I had a similar situation a few years ago, I was test firing my mustang with only headers on. I was trying to figure out a timing issue so it was back firing. Once I started it one of the back fires caught a grommet on the firewall on fire. I didn't have a FE at all so i had to run inside and...
