    Trump just put a 20% tariff on all sw imports from Canada, well NB anyway. Not gonna do prices any good. Everything ends up at the consumer.

    Mine was blotchy too. Eventually came out even withing the year. Just reapplied sealer. 2 coats. Diamond something.

    Colour is granite. Doors are 10x9. Ceiling is 11' I believe. I don't think I would have done anything different. I would have made the 4th door maybe. Lol Would have loved to have someone else do all the work. But I saved at least 50%.

    I have a 30 x40. Three 10 x 9 doors. A side small door, four 3x4 windows, two 3x3 windows. It has a loft 7x12x40. Did most of the work myself. My yard was clay, So I basically put a full foundation (82" wall, 10" footing) and filled it in to pour floor. I have about $16000 in the floor/...
