Actually, the "Metric" is a dark blue on the older Collection sets at the local store. The local store also has a Craftsman Ultimate promo poster, and little "Assortment" labels have been placed on top of the "Ultimate" parts. :rolleyes:

Are you certain there are Craftsman sockets sourced from Great Star? I've seen reports about Great Star filling in for the departure by Western Forge, but don't remember any sockets made by WF. Plus, Sears sued WF when they decided to stop supplying Sears with Craftsman items, but haven't heard...

Considering how long they've been making Craftsman ratchets and sockets, Apex Tool Group should be the prime suspect for the Ultimate collection. While the Craftsman breaker bars released last year are similar to the Crescent versions, I didn't see a similar Apex item for the Ultimate ratchets...
