Anyone ever have this happen? Used it on a tough bolt/nut and the friction ring broke off. Returned the tool to homedepot and of course they are out of stock on this model so have to wait for an in stock alert. maybe the nut was too rusty for the compact fuel?

I've heard alot of stores say the online version of their store is a seperate entity. Best buy used to do that and would refuse to price match their online prices. I don't think that's an issue now.
