Sprunger was my first thought too but I cant find anything even close to the two images. Also looks like an "M" after the S on the logo. Incidentally the design on these whispers soviet to me. Looks like their 50s/60s machinery but I could just be imagining that.

If you cover the process in plastic wrap to prevent evaporation and filter the leftover back into the bottle the small bottle last a loooong time (over a year and a half and lots of projects for me).
