Truth... That's what we do. My place is ~3000 sq feet, the garage is ~750 and the shop is ~1200 Ceilings are 15', doors are 12'. Storage isn't much of a concern, the shop has a loft.

Car was originally a 6 cylinder 3 speed car. The original drive train was lost. It now has a 302 from a 1990 mustang, converted back to carb with a small cam. It has a 5 speed from a 1994 cobra also. We swapped in a 9" rear and disc brakes...
