    Due to Issues with the Inspector not letting me "A Novice" use ICF up to the roof line, ( my comment of "its only bl**dy Lego blocks and Re-bar" may not have helped), I had to change my plan. They did let me use ICF for the frost walls and 2ft above ground, but above that I had to use normal 2x6...

I used allot of wood to sure up the ICF walls, and making a walk way around it so to ease pouring the pumped concrete...

    Got shafted by my township!!!

    Had a similar thing here in Alberta. Had to apply to the Rural Rocky View No44, to ask for a 1200sqft Detached garage (Only 1/4 Acre Plot) only to find out the Maxium for detached buildings was 969sqft.....     Is 1/2" OSB ok for interior walls?

    I found a local lumber yard with some 1" MDF of cuts cheap..... took nearly month to get them all trimmed and fitted butcan hang nearly anything off them.....

    The Dealer I got a Quote from was in BC, maybe the same people.... had a chance to get for $1950 before the Dollar slid against the US... Doh...
