Sears will swap broken gearwrench tools as long as they have them in stock. I made sure to ask an associate when I bought my last set of wrenches.

Recently bought some Gearwrenches from Sears and I asked the same question about warranty and was told that they will replace them from in-store stock (if they have it) no receipt needed.
