im not exactly sure what my total cost will be yet. the codes office here in knoxville estimate a garage at $40 per sq ft. ...... thats how they charge you for your permit anyway....
any one know what the price on a 16 feet wide by ten feet high roll up service door would be? not the most exspensive but not the cheapest.....bout mid range

i left the plywood 2 feet low so when i add a 24" floor truss, one full sheet laying down will be flush to the top of the truss. then the gambriel (barn style) roof will start there.
thats a hella nice garage! i love the door on the back.....that'll be extremely handy. whats is the height of the lvl you used for the 18 ft opening? i think ill have to use something similar for my 16 ft door for code.
yes vinyl is the best way....last forever....will not rot, rust or anything else. very light weight easy install and very accessible later if necassary { bad spelling} if you use the bright white you'll get a lot of reflection back to the floor
