From what I can tell minimum for free shipping is $50. You can't trick NAPA by trying to fill your cart with a few pickup in store items too. All the items have to be shipped to home to get free shipping.

Any code that starts with CPN will work in store. The old punch card coupons were like this. I have never seen any AAP online discount codes starting with CPN though so who knows. My guess is they just price matched it for you.

Online codes never worked in store. You would have to use the price match function on the register. As for the punch cards, have not seen those since before Speed Perks was launched. They were probably discontinued.
