Love my Lisle wheel bearing tool but the WORST part about it is they give you NOTHING to store it in... Seriously, a cardboard box that disintegrates after two uses? Sheesh... I ended up buying a PFC case with foam made in USA that fit perfectly without even having to cut the foam. Link in case...

    Snap On Ratcheting Wrenches

The Supercombos are supposed to be USA, but I bet the ratcheting mechanism isn't.

    SEMA 2024

Yeah I figured it was about both of those concerns. I know Mac and Snap On both have 26" long 1/2 drive flex head ratchets, but Matco has a 28" and a 34" long!!! Don't think I've found a need for one that long so the Icon ones should be just fine.

    SEMA 2024

Interesting. I see Icon are adopting the Tekton/Capri Tools extra long 3/8 drive ratchets without a flex head. For whatever reason the Taiwan manufacturers can't figure out how to make a flex head extra long ratchet. The one 3/8 drive extra long flex head seems to be only 15" or so.

I guess I'll stick with Red to see how these work out (new 1/2 & 3/8 stubbies)

VERY curious how accurate that rating is. Combined with the better lighting system and the more compact size, it definitely ticks my boxes. Original stubby wasn't powerful enough for me and way too chunky to fit anywhere useful so I ended up with Dewalt 12V stuff I use every day.

What a haul. Love those hex sockets, best non-RBRT style ones I've ever used.

Anybody do a warranty replacement with Gearwrench?

Yes, several times. Fill out the form, receive email confirming replacement request. This last one has taken a bit to get sent out but previous ones took less than a week to fill and maybe another to receive replacement.

Have a set of these and they work fantastic. Definitely not worth spending exorbitant amounts on consumables.
