Oven is perfect size for powdercoating normal every day parts. I use one just like it daily!

I believe it is Muriatic Acid and yes it is OK to use. You will need to rinse it with lots of water afterwards and maybe put a line of baking soda to keep it from getting anywhere you don't want it to etch. The soda neutralizes it.
