Residential is $3+/- sq/ft. Pretty tough to charge a sq/ft tho when its one room and not multiple.

I am always leary of people that charge by the hours. Too easy to drag their bottoms and costing you way too much in the end. $350 for that room sounds fair depending on windows and doors.

Can the first of two coats be considered 'priming'? It sets up for 12 hrs (or whatever time is recommended) while the bubbles work their way up, and the next coat covers any imperfection that may have appeared.?
