I've been really busy with work, but I'll do my best to update the thread regularly.

Progress update: Once I got all the trash cleared out, I took some time to walk through the spaces and envision how I want to set them up. Decided to widen some doors and create a few new openings to make it all flow better.

The building is almost 100 years old and is part of bigger complex that was built for the Red Cross. Last 20 years it was abandoned and now I aim to return it to it's previous glory :)

Lada Niva is not bad - short chassis, light.. Besides I own old Land Cruiser for weekend trips, dirt roads and some light offroading. So, still not interested in soviet rides.

It is Moskvitch 2140 I am not a fan of soviet cars, so it is pretty useless to me, but I think it will be fun project to get it running at least.
