I considered having a 4ft plus door in the wall between the shop and parking area, but decided since each area has a 10ft garage door I could just open them both and drive around front. Hated to use valuable wall space for a extra large door I could do without. What do you think?

I used icovia room planer for the drawing. It should be to scale. Their standard truck that I inserted was 9ft 11in wide. Mine measures 8ft mirror tip to mirror tip. Building a 36x40 I guess I should use 35x39 to allow for the 6in walls. Also need to take out another 6in for divider wall. My...

Sorry the dimensions did not show up very good. The building will be 36 ft. deep and 40 ft. long with 11 ft. walls. The garage doors will be 10 ft. wide.
